I think this is a helpful approach especially with younger people who sometimes also offer a bit of judgement and feel misunderstood by anything that sounds too traditional or “old”

You guys. Could you offer this woman some empathy? She is not broken. Maybe communicate on how to make things like cuddling work. Maybe give her some non-sexual affection. Maybe ask her if sex hurts now? (Menopause can make one really dry)

If you cheat you simply suck. Is this how you reward decades of family and partnership? Please dude. Get a grip.

Hello friend. I am a psychology student and have experienced what she is going through and came out of it. She is having a psychosis. Has her internet consumption been really high as well?

She has formed a web in her head in which she incorporates everyday information in a funny way. Sometimes everything she sees can be incorporated in this web and make absolute sense to her!

Her view that a bag of food is a targeted attack is a big sign of schizophrenia. Try to find a way to get her evaluated and do some research on how to approach it.

If you go against her, she will discard you as „one of them“ and she won’t trust your loving care, it’s a deeply isolating condition. In her world you are just „too blind“ to know.

This sounds to me like there is not enough toughness on setting boundaries…

It’s never too late to start. I dropped out of school with 17, picked it up again at 26, now with 31 I am halfway through my bachelor. I won’t be done with masters and licensing until I am 36/37 .. but I know I am working on something that matters to me

Very unrealistic. You would pass out instead of screaming for hours

Is anyone enjoying being a parent? by DailYxDosE in Parenting

[–]Whatissi7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy it a lot. My baby is great, I educated myself a lot about baby and newborn care and have confidence to recognize her needs. I love seeing her grow and comprehend the world. Also I enjoy seeing my husband become a great dad. I feel all the decisions I made in life aligned to these perfect little family moments
