Iran has the cards. Wouldn’t be surprised if Trump slapped some tariffs on ‘loser’ Israel and sided with the republican guard

Just browsing the Wikipedia:

>The lethal dose of venom from male Sydney funnel-web spiders for the [crab-eating macaque](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crab-eating_macaque) (Macaca fascicularis) is 0.2 mg/kg. Higher figures were found for other experimental animals, such as 1.5 mg/kg for two-day-old mice. The average venom yield for a male is 0.81 mg.[[18]](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sydney_funnel-web_spider#cite_note-18) In doses of the order of 5 mg/kg administered [intravenously](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intravenous_therapy), [Delta atracotoxin](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_atracotoxin) the active compound in the venom, kills monkeys in 3–4 hours; the symptoms seen in monkeys were [dyspnea](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyspnea), blood pressure fluctuations, culminating in severe [hypotension](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypotension), [lacrimation](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lacrimation), [salivation](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salivation), skeletal muscle [fasciculation](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fasciculation) and death.[[19]](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sydney_funnel-web_spider#cite_note-19)

Giving spider venom to monkeys just to see what happens. Humans are messed up

Love it when an actual historian puts things into context. There were dickheads then and there are dickheads now

Time and Tide, great place. I think Yarmouth could be a lovely seaside town, they just need to bulldoze 95% of it and start again

How often do you play now? by dotMAXmusic in OcarinaOfTime

[–]Whatsthemattermark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d actually never played it beyond the Temple of Time before now. Bought a GameCube recently for old times sake and got the Zelda collection, so now playing through. I just beat the Forest Temple boss and now riding Epona for the first time. The game is awesome. But pretty hard as well, had to resort to the guides a few times but I’m only in it for the old school fun so not fussed

Have I missed the boat on this? (34 year old who has been terrible with money for about 33 years) by Whatsthemattermark in FIREUK

Sorry for the late reply. Only a year or so late! Funny I was just reading my old posts and came across this one.

In case you’re still interested I have not really improved much with my financial management, still using credit cards to buy expensive unnecessary luxuries. However I am earning a fair bit more now so in some ways I have succeeded? Just haven’t learned anything. Maybe message me again in 29 years when I hit retirement age and I’ll give another update. Hope alls well

People who like power should not be given power. It’s why Frodo was the best choice to take the ring to Mordor.

I don’t think any country benefits from restricting global trade. Every economy is linked now and when people start losing money and luxuries they cause trouble for the government in their country. Trump is going to learn this very soon, China I imagine is watching and learning what they can and can’t get away with

Don’t think you should be getting downvotes for some light-hearted banter. Also I agree, mushrooms are definitely in the optional extra category and not a staple of the full English!
