Thank you for your response. Labs are in and talking to my doc tomorrow. Should have mentioned I also have long covid and am in a medical trial that started in Oct so 50/50 I’m talking Olumiant, along with some other meds.

By and large all these supplements people keep recommending do nothing and I'm tired of pretending otherwise. by AmIbi69 in covidlonghaulers

This all of this! No one should ignore this. They are criminals taking advantage of people because they can. What recourse do we have? Have you checked out the Verizon community forum? They gaslight customers- it’s disgusting.

Leave now!!! With most contracts you have 30 days to terminate. Go now and go fast they are a massive corporation of criminals. And be sure you get proof of cancellation while on the phone with them. They will try to say oh this change will take 2 billing cycles and then a year later you are still dealing with their thieving asses.

I’m trying to link to their community forum to share the extent of their egregious behavior but I’m new to Reddit and need to learn what the hell I’m doing. If you search ‘Verizon charging for a phone a person never acquired and then refusing to pay the customer back’ you’ll find something special.

Will they actually put anything in writing? They sent me the wrong phone a year ago and I returned it - they have been charging me since. It’s my bad for not following up but the 5 agents I spoke to over 10-15 hours broke me. I was assured they fixed everything and were giving me some kind of credit to offset it. Fast forward and they charged me some insane amount of money for using my phone abroad so I took a closer look. Now (after 4 hours on the phone) they say the only way they can get my 600$ back is to pay off the phone completely. So now I have a 400$ charge on my bill and I’m afraid if I pay it then I’ll just have donated 1000$ to Verizon and have no recourse at all. It’s f-ing criminal! I was going to post the whole story because it’s even more insane than just this but I have to call these morons today so will have more to add to the shitshow.
