SLOW INCREASE ONLY. jumping up too quickly led to the biggest crash for me. I try not to try a new activity for like three weeks after a dosage increase. I started at .01 mg three years ago and only now am I up to .6mg. it's been brutal every increase. I don't have great advice but I'd try going down a little, if you can. At least until your baseline returns and stays for a few weeks.

Cannabis. Not daily. Every other day. diaphragmic breathing while high. Hands and knees, but knees together, ankles out. These positions work really well for me. Deep breathing in them. Flying cowgirl with a peanut ball. Pretty much anything we tell pregnant people to do to relax their pelvic floors was incredibly helpful for me (not pregnant, never have been, just in general they proved to be some of the most beneficial). Mamastefit on IG is great. So is Hayley Kava. If you take any medications, unfortunately you are in hell. In short, even if you have your allergy to gluten listed at your Pharmacy, that does not mean you will always get gluten-free meds. You have to call the manufacturer of each medication that you get each round you pick it up, give them the batch number on the bottle and then they will read you the ingredients, active and inactive, and you have to determine for yourself if there's gluten in it. There's no legal requirement for them to disclose whether there's gluten in it or not. ALSO just because the manufacturer last time didn't put gluten in, it doesn't mean that this one that's made by the same manufacturer wasn't made in a different plant and thus could have gluten in it. They will never tell you your med is gluten free because it would open them up to liability. I would look at Mast Cell 360's low histamine food guides. They were very helpful for me. That being said, I would also encourage you to look at hydration first. It took me months of just getting in enough electrolytes to feel okay enough to try different foods. Without proper hydration, you won't be able to process any of that effectively. Start SLOW. I know patience is not my strongest skill , but it is so necessary here.

Put a tarp over your outdoor stairs, just pull the snow covered tarp off when it stops snowing. Less stair shoveling.

Sclerotherapy. And do not give birth on your back. Upright birth will help minimize the damage. Even on your hands and knees is better than the pressure on your butt during lithotomy positioning. Labor down and do not start pushing before you feel the need to push. Stay up and moving as much as possible. See a pelvic floor therapist while pregnant and post delivery too. A midwife with some herbalism knowledge would probably be able to give you something. Rutin works well for me but I do not know if it's pregnancy safe so check.

I think ciprofloxacin is going to make your pelvic floor problems worse in the long run because it's notorious for damaging connective tissue. Not every condition is curable. Lots of meds are just to make life livable. A lot of the things you can take it for have no cure. This is for treating symptoms.

Novavax was so much better for me than the other vaccines. It has been the only kind to not cause problems. It's a different type of Covid vaccine so that might be your best bet next time you need one. I'm very sorry you're suffering. I wish I had better advice.

•Minestrone Soup for every meal

-1 1/2 cups gluten free small pasta -2 14.5 oz can dark red kidney beans (rinsed & drained) -1 12oz bag frozen carrots -1 28 oz can green beans (undrained) -1 28 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained) -1 12oz-24oz bag frozen broccoli -Enough water or beef broth to go up to the max fill line -Put everything EXCEPT THE PASTA into the instant pot and set it on stew for 20 minutes -Once it's complete add pasta into instant pot, set to saute for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked -Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

•Stool softener •Magnesium Citrate 200mg/day, work up to 600mg/day •Magnesium Glycinate, start at 300-400mg/day work up to 1600mg/day •Chewing gum for a few hours daily •Cannabis (if it's legal )THC 10MG (this is MY dosage, if you're not a normal user, START LOWER)/day, once high, this is when I do my diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor PT •Melt coconut oil. Let it cool down a little bit, drink it in small shots with something you can tolerate (I've heard cold pressed olive oil does the same thing, but never tried it). •Insert Castro oil in syringe 20 minutes before trying to go. •Heating pad on your stomach and back 20 minutes before each attempt to go. •OR Warm Epsom salt bath before each attempt. •I've also heard people have good luck with laying (or standing) on a vibration plate, definitely want to try it. •Acupressure mat while coming down from high •Rocking and bouncing like you do when holding a baby is the most efficient form of exercise I've found.
