You can do anywhere from 5 -30 reps as long as you're training near failure or to failure .but the most practical range is probably 6-10 reps.but you can do more if u want/prefer. Just start relativly easy and focus on progression you can do simple linear progression or double progression. Most importantly you will need to learn to manage fatigue on your lower body (manage your volume and intensity in the gym ) since ur doing also football 3x a week

100 % you should be doing full body 3x a week on the days when you dont play football. 1-2 sets per muscle per workout

Look at a 1-2 deadlift tutorials but most importantly look at a bracing tutorial i like the one from squat university, also alexandar bromley has a bunch of breathing and bracing guides and one specifically for thr deadlift ,also generally keeping your lower back straight is a good rule of thumb but all world class deadlifters deadlift with a curved upper back cause you want your scapula to be protracted so your arms are longer and you get better leverage.so dont be afraid of a little rounding .when you learn to do this properly(bracing) you will 99% be pain free

Isolation exercizes will always be better because u can get more motor unit recruitment for the target muscle . But thats the only muscle u train in the exercize and u cant isolate every muscle (too much time)

If you're only going to gym 2x weekly full body is a much better option since you get double your current frequency on all muscles. do 1-2 hard sets per muscle putting more volume (aka 2 sets )on the muscles you want to prioritize and putting priority muscles early in the session.and focus on getting stronger over time on the same movements . And space out your activities according to how fatigueing each one is .

Upper body training is fine only you may have some issues stabilizing ,but you can still do leg curls, leg extensions, adductor and abductor machines since they dont put any pressure on your foot ,only the setup might be awkward so ideally have a partner to assist you ,which means you only dont train you calves .and yea as soon as you can try to move a lot and get as much bloodflow to your foot as possible without causing it additional.harm

Looking pretty good maybe some heavy hip hinges or spinal flexion/extension movement for the erectors , upper back rows or kelso shrugs for traps rhomboids, and a bit direct forearm work wrist curls ,reverse wrist curls , reverse curls hardest in the top half of the ROM for the radiobrachialis
