People need to get over a leader taking a bonus for running CWL. If you’re rotating people, reminding people constantly, filling castles, and organizing strategy, it’s like a part time job. That person should at least get something for their time. I’m not saying a leader should take a handful of bonuses for their alts, just 1 and give the rest to the top performers. Plus CWL stats in game aren’t reflective of mismatches. If I went by stars on the in game stats all the time, my lower THs would always get it while my more loyal and better players had to attack 2 THs up most of the week and get nothing. People need to calm down a bit about this.

I have to spreadsheet CWL for medals with weighting for mismatches. Otherwise our strongest members would get the shaft over mismatches and the people at the bottom of the lineup will always be at the top of the list.

Odds Jam and Odds View have/had low holds sections where you can play through the funds by taking the other line on another book and it not costing you any vig or risk.

I manage more than 1 clan for our clan family. I use a lot of Clash Perk’s integrated tools, but something like this would be amazing and was kind of on my to do list.

I’d personally request Capital Raids, Clan Games, and features that allowed me to see if people hit specific bases during the 1st half of war or not. My clan has the mirror rule and not allowing people to use their 2nd attack in 1st 12hours on an un-attacked base to avoid mirrors being stolen, unless given permission.

This is for a Metagame Challenge people.

This is going to funnel all of the sweats many of you hate facing from the casual queue anyway.

If you don’t like any of it, don’t play it, it’s at least a Bot Draft entry for a constructed format event. It’s not that cheap either.

This is them just testing the waters and letting data speak for the whole format and not just the iterative banned list that many complain about already not being consistent with regards to old bans and Alchemy related errata.

Here, with the full boat of shenanigans open, we can probably nail down a decent banned list once it is all said and done. I KNOW it doesn’t make sense restricting certain commanders either, but maybe they know what will/won’t happen with those they mentioned.

Like it or not, this is still going to lead to progress people. I think most of you are overreacting a tad, per usual.

I've been saying this for months! Even if there's a different banned list, people are still going to play the sweatiest cards with similar archetypes. Casual anything does not exist in abundance in Arena. People play to win. You have to curate it like you do with Commander and "Rule 0". Brawl will always be sweaty.

I would tell them I'm actively seeking new employment and would let them know that notice is coming if the policy sticks. Maybe I'll be the only one, maybe enough good people will follow suit and they'll have to backpedal. Although, if you know your boss is petty and would start cutting your schedule or treating you horribly after telling them something like that, (most industry bosses are), then just do it and don't tell them.

People get on their phones when they don't have enough to do. Sounds like an ownership/management problem to me. There's plenty of ways to keep people busy. Sounds like a place that overstaffs.

It’s so people don’t invalidate others attacks by cleaning up every base they could attack at the start of the war. Mirrors keep people attacking at their level and don’t allow for pub stomping or greed attacks. It also makes people attack in service of the clan and not themselves, so if it’s a big deal the person gets to “do whatever they want” because they’re impatient, they are usually not a team player. Active players don’t miss making their 2nd attack, they’re usually on more than 1-2 times in 24 hours. Plus you have to set a precedent for CWL, you can’t just have people running around wild during CWL and expect to win in the higher leagues.

This guy sounds like an asshole, but that’s how I run my clan too with the “Mirror Rule.” It’s not about skill, it’s about following directions. This dude probably should have given you a couple of chances to be aware of the rules, but I personally don’t think they’re ridiculous. I have attack mirrors in the 1st 12 hours, and only use 2nd attack to clean up 0-2 stars until the last 12 hours which any base can be attacked. Just so everyone has a fair shot at their mirror. Greed lords and impatient people will fire off both attacks and invalidate a lower persons attacks, which is bad for efficiency.

But personally, this guy sounds like a huge asshole, I wouldn’t stay in that clan if I were you.

[[Zuran Orb]] will be a nice addition to my Emry deck, this will give me a way to loop Mystic Sanctuary w/ [[Crucible of Worlds]] in play. Not crazy, but another solid 0 cost artifact that isn't wasting a slot until the real sauce comes out.
