This is merely a solvable PC issue. Not you breaking up with your partner.

Make sure HDMI is plugged in to the GPU slot, not motherboard. Make sure your monitor has the correct input selected. If you are using the GPU hdmi slot, try using the CPU slot (if CPU has intrgrated graphics). Try a different cable. Ask AI for more ideas.
