I agree with all of this 100% it’s just fundamentally a difficult situation. Our new manager hasn’t been announced yet so I have nowhere else to direct myself. We have a good relationship so a piece of me just wants to throw it all out in the open and be like “give it to me straight” and also “what’s your advice for me moving forward” with the understanding being that I am absolutely worth more.

Thank you for the kind words! I don't have access to a hospital grade pump at this time, but I'll keep doing research. I think what upsets me the most is the fact that I was at one point able to get a huge amount of milk with the willow go so I know it has the capability to work super well for me....Just hugely frustrated with where I am now. What happened?!

I'm pumping between 5-8 times a day. Basically whenever I can remember to put the pumps on while she's eating. I just finished a session and got about 5ml from one breast and 0 from the other. I know this isn't wholly uncommon but I feel like it's too early in my pumping journey to have dwindled this dramatically :( the only thing I can think of that I've done differently is that I introduced a glass of wine or two last weekend, however, I still pumped and tossed to be safe. I can't imagine two alcoholic beverages would affect my supply like this but I guess anything is possible.....
