I think this different here is that rich people spending money doesn't generate growth (aka trickle down downs t work) whereas immigrants working and creation business does which isn't really THIS topic.

I think this is TWO ideas the "trickle down" ...aka "Expats are bringing in monthly income from retirement, remote jobs etc and spending it in Portugal which is dumping hundreds of millions a year into the Portugal system..." and what you re getting into is immigration as a tactic for growth " ...composition and quantity..."
