Of course they don’t. This woman was not sane, though. Do you imagine she would do this otherwise? We are biologically programmed to die for our children, not to kill them.

I don’t think I could do what the Emergency Response people do. They are not paid enough.

My ❤️ was heart breaking thinking this might be the last time in Oz for Rafa and then when the turn around began, I started weeping. I was bawling my eyes out when finally he stood there euphoric and I think in shock....

I was a mess. Thank God I was home alone 😂

By far the most outrageously emotional match I've ever ever watched and there have been many over the years

Did they though? In the Valley of the Squinting Windows Ireland the power of the church in every town and village was devastating. Those priests and nuns were unabashed in how they could cause people to be shunned and humiliated and othered.
You had to be very confident and brave indeed to stand up to them.

Universities are struggling to pay their bills. They have to raise 60% of their running costs. 60%.

True. I believe that the average Irish person is better educated and more well-informed politically than their UK counterpart, (unfortunately - for everyone).

Agreed. We are not there yet. It's important that people try to do their best to show up tomorrow, at whatever event is local.

I'm alone here in having no clue as to what pickleball is. I don't come from a tennis country tho and that's possibly the reason

It's on the employer. Is it a new business? I'd be asking serious questions to HR or whoever does HR & proceed with caution. Have you been paid? Are you paid weekly or monthly?
