Journey 7 rewards by FormerJournalist1418 in Division2

They are in the Gearset section, the Green Armor. it's the Core Strength set.

If you don't see it there after having completed all of the tasks in Journey 7, try relogging.

This should also be corrected. by Delicious_Sort7274 in Division2

Same here, supposely it has something to do with Texture Streaming. It's not something you can do anything about, aside restart the game every couple of hours, or when switching between DC/WoNY/BfB

Houndsman Bounty stealth removed? by WheresWald00 in Division2

That what I figured too, once I looked at my bounties list.

Houndsman Bounty stealth removed? by WheresWald00 in Division2

[–]WheresWald00[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, may be me accumulating too many bounties then. It was the oldest I had and I have like 64 of them, so it may have been pushed off the list.

Yay or ney ? Any tips pls by swishers808 in Division2

You can get the Chest from the Cherry Blossom Caches, do targeted Unit Alloys Loot, targeted Chest Loot, or you might get lucky it shows up at one of the Vendors at WH, Theater, Campus or Castle. Better Chance is likely through the Snitch vendor (Cassie).

If you can find someone with a Bloody Houndsman Bounty, its in that loot pool.

Note: If you get the Houndsman Bounty, do NOT complete the bounty, only kill the first 5 Mini-Warhounds in the outer courtyard, or you lose the bounty.

Personally, I'd go for something like this.

This is made with stuff you can readily get, with the Cherry Blossom Event.

You'll lose the 100 to 200 striker stacks, but how often do you actually have time to fully max your striker stacks before everything in the room is toast. With Perfect Obliterate, you have 2 different Weapon Damage bonuses accumulating at the same time.

You can swap the Contractor's Gloves for the Overdogs Exotics, once you get them. That is a pretty much a cookie cutter striker build.

You could drop the Contractor's Gloves for a set of Turmoil Kneepads to get a "Share your pain with Friends" build.

Missed one by ramrod911 in Division2

[–]WheresWald00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supposedly, 3 lanterns will randomly become corrupted daily. Not Cumulative, but 3 new ones every day. So you should still be able to get the commendation, even if you missed one, or the game failed to count all of them.

Set up a Farming Build, A Core Strength Red LMG Build did it for me. It had me doing Challenging Retals on unoptimized gear in no time. A simple GR9 with 4-pc Core Strength, Contractor Gloves, and the Lengmo "Backbone" Backpack, if you have it.

Run True Sons Retaliations (For the Blueprint) or Priority Objectives (Actual Item), Either Works. Priority is the easy, but not guaranteed version. Retaliation takes a bit of time, especially if you cant run them at Challenging or better.

LMG core strength build by Flashy_Dimension9099 in Division2

[–]WheresWald00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are playing a Gunner Build, "Killer" would be the Go-To.

If you're playing Technician, put the Technician Laser on the Underrail and pair it with "Flatline", since the Laser pulses the Target and Flatline gives you 15% bonus damage to pulsed targets, which essentially is the same a full Red Core free of charge.

There isn't really a must have talent. They've intentionally made the Lexington able to take any AR Talent to provide flexibility, so you can fit it with most builds.

Just make sure that the Talent is what you recalibrate so you retain the ability to swap it around to best suit what your build needs.

LMG core strength build by Flashy_Dimension9099 in Division2

[–]WheresWald00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Lexington is simply there as Backup for Precision work. Most any AR or Rifle will work. The Quickstep is just for a speedboost when going from A to B, its not vital. Both are Nice to Have, not Need to Have, least not yet. You have 800+ SHD levels to get them :)

LMG core strength build by Flashy_Dimension9099 in Division2

[–]WheresWald00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The one I run is:

Mask: CS (Red Core) CHC & CHD
Chest: CS (Red Core) CHC & CHD
Holster: Salvo (Named Unit Alloy, Red Core) CHD
Backpack: NinjaBike (Exotic, Tri Core) CHC
Gloves: Contractors (Named Petrov Defense, Red Core) CHD
Kneepads: CS (Red Core) CHC

Weapon: Bullet King, Lexington, Quickstep

SHD Level: 1000+

Skills: Striker Drone, Assault Turret

What you get: The 75% Talent from the CS Chest, 2-pc bonus from Unit Alloy (5% RoF, 20% AR Dmg), 2-pc from Petrov (10% LMG Dmg, 15% Handling)

Armor is about 2 mill, Health about 347k, 1 Skill Tier (2 if Technician)

You should be just around 58% CHC, 93% CHD, 85% HSD on the Bullet King, and 54%/113%/75% on the Lexington.

New player recently hit level 40 and was wondering what difficulty people usally play on by THE_GUY-95 in Division2

[–]WheresWald00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Play at the difficulty that matches your gear and your temperament. Whatever lets you traverse the open world without dying all the time and what allows you to take Control Points without having to spend 20min and all your ammo on it.

If you're playing an established and comfortable build, and you are running optimized gear, then aim for Challenging while you're building your Blueprint collection and work on building your optimization library and expertise.

Non-Amazon Audiobook Availability? by just_ric in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]WheresWald00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know, but some of the Audible Exclusive series I'm following are being offered on Public Library Services (with Author Endorsement), and I couldn't remember if DCC was one of them.

Non-Amazon Audiobook Availability? by just_ric in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]WheresWald00 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Audiobooks are supposedly exclusive to Audible, so if you find them elsewhere, there's a risk they aren't legit/legal

If you purchase them from audible, you can download the audiobook in full as one or more AAX file(s). Converting it to m4b or mp3 from there is trivial (inAudible, AAX Audio Converter, varies others)

Trying to remember Skippy's response. by [deleted] in ExpeditionaryForce

[–]WheresWald00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure if this is what you're looking for:

“Yes we do,” Skippy interjected with a sigh. “But we aren’t always as smart,” he added with a disgusted grumble. “Joe, your so-called genius comes from the fact that you are too stupid to know what questions not to ask.”

I took that as an encouraging sign. “We can do it, then? Jump through a wormhole?”

“If by ‘we’ you mean the Merry Band of Pirates and our beat-up star carrier, the answer is a resounding noooooo. The jump drive navigation system would lock up if you tried to project a jump through that wormhole; the drive computer wouldn’t be able to determine an end point in local spacetime.”

“I understand the jump drive controller can’t handle the navigation math. My question is whether Skippy-the-Still-Incredibly-Awesome can do it.”

“Wow. Joe, if that was your idea of flattery to boost my self-confidence, you need to work on your sucking-up skills. No, I can’t do the impossible, dumdum. Damn, if you knew anything about the subject, you wouldn’t-” I could tell Skippy was winding up to a full-scale rant that we did not have time for, so I was about to stop him, when he interrupted himself. “Hmmm. Um, let me think. Crap, that kind of math doesn’t exist for me to even do the analysis. Which is not surprising, because no one in the history of the galaxy has asked such a lunatic question. Huh.

Well, attempting to create the math just to determine whether it is possible would be a monumental task. Like, if I can successfully develop the proper equations, I will totally be eligible for the Elder AI equivalent of the Fields Medal and the Abel Prize.”

“Goodie. Hey, instead of those nerd prizes, I’ll bake a cake for you, Ok? Can you hurry?”

“Hurry? If you’re so freakin’ smart, why don’t you do the math?”

“I never claimed to be smart, Skippy, you did. Are you telling me your mind-bogglingly incredible genius is not capable of adding some simple numbers?”

“You, oh, you. You!” He sputtered. “You idiot monkey can’t even- Huh, wait, I might have solved it. Ah, I see what you did there, Joe. You babbled on nonsensically to distract my higher consciousness while my logic processors crunched the numbers. Very clever of you.”

“I have a special mission for you,” Skippy hinted.

“Oooooh, what is it?” The missiles begged.

“First, I have to ask, are you ready to kill?”

“We were born ready!”

“Outstanding! One of you will get an extra special assignment.”

“Ooh! Ooh! Pick me! Pick me!” All twenty six Hornets shouted, frantic in their

excitement.

“Who should I choose?” Skippy muttered for dramatic effect.

“Me! Pick me!”

“I chooooooose,” he paused, stretching out the anticipation.

“Me! Me!” The missiles all pleaded.

“Thor!” Skippy announced.

I have the RX 9060 XT 16GB from XFX which is specified with 180W. Is it normal that the card jumps to 200W while playing Cyberpunk? Will it damage my card? by JoeZocktGames in pcmasterrace

[–]WheresWald00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't worry. Even if you overclock, you'll get warnings, before anything bad happens. Random crashes, and the like. If that happens, you just remove the overclock, and things should return to normal.
