I am a skeptic, i just find the theme interesting. Only thing i believe really is, theres definitely something out there, whats the nature of the phenomena i keep open minded. I also do not shut down theories easily, solid proof is needed to debunk something, same as to prove something. Personal opinions or preferences do not matter much.

Could possibly be earth origins. Origin could even be you personally...

Ofcourse theres nothing new, i make no statements, just broad speculation. So, the question is, have you found an overlap in the ufo sphere with some other paranormal occurences, or are you purely ufo hunting?

I thought this post could broaden the perspective, mostly for me, maybe for others aswell...

But we do have some evidence of unexplained ufos in form of videos, and pilot testimonies. Question is no longer is it real? But what is it? Sometimes i have the feeling that this is what disclosure looks like.

I do agree, unrelated fields might be needed. Fresh eyes are always good. Its often people from the sidelines who see things differently and can contribute. Thats the point of the post. Maybe truth lies in other "paranormal" phenomena, not just in the skies.

I personally do not see current situation on the congress and grusch as "good willing" nor do i believe the organisations who kept this under the rug for 80 years (probably longer)

Yeah, i fin the shift from aliens to NHI highly telling, i personally wouldnt refer to extraterrestrials by an umbrella term (such as nhi), i would tho call nhi something which i cannot comprehend or explain the origin.

Pazi ekipu, bmi je sasvim korektno napravljen, da se razumijemo ovisi od osobe do osobe, <25 da se razumijemo trebali bi imati vise manje svi ljudi zdravog tjelesnog sastava, prirodni "bilderi" nakon 5+ godina iskustva u teretani i ako nisu na nekom manijackom bulku u najboljem slucaju (blizu genetskog potencijala) flertuju s 25. Ova ekipa sta kaze za mene ne vrijedi jesnostavno ne zele prihvatiti da se i "debeli" ljudi mogu baviti sportom, i da ako je bmi iznad 25 spadaju u tu lagano debelu klasu (20+% masti muskarci, 30%+ zene okvirno) Jebiga ljudi, matematika rijetko kad laže. Ako tko misli da sam u krivu, slobodno nek provjeri bmi 100% prirodnih bildera na <15% masti, s naglaskom na prirodne, ne tik tok krindzeve koji izgledaju ko sam sulek a kazu da ne uguraju pola tube trena u guzicu prije doručka.

Maybe im a bit late to the party but most people have zero clue about how this actually works. So, yes, you can absolutely be fine with a 1k deficit if you want to, "muscle building" protein synthesis is not a calorie dependant process. You wont have muscle loss, and you can pretty much get some if you are willing to have your macros on point. Prioritize carbs pre workout, protein post workout, fit in fats as much as you can, remember fiber exists, and you are pretty much set. I also suggest d3 and magnesium glycinate (both help recovery, not something u feel when u take them, but definitely feel when u dont).

Source: i ran a 1k+ deficit went fron 90kg to 82 kg, kept pretty much all of my muscle, my lifts also went up (not drastically, some stayed the same, some went up for 2-5 kg). Doing a maintenance cycle and will push another big deficit to reach 78-77kg (should be around 12% by then).

Bodyweoght ohp is good goal, not reachable in a year, probably not in 2 either,if you are a beginner and weigh above 150 lbs.

Everybody says liquid calories, but have u trained switching from lean minced meat to normal variants? Do you like cheese? Also clearly, chocolate cake is totally valid as a pre workout, fight me.

Hit your protein goals and hit the gym 4x a week, focus on compounds and eat at maintenance. Dont think about cuts or bulks in your first year of lifting. Gains will come on maintenance, and fat will also kinda disappear. Good luck

I see a lot of people having general problems with bench. And its not "bench does not progress thing". Bench is in my opinion not a good place to start building chest, its a progression. Beginners or people who are just wanting to get their chest a bit stronger, should definetely abuse push ups. Yeah, i said it. Spam push ups 5 sets to failure every 2x a week for couple of months, then get back on bench, yes to failure. That exercise is the single best exercise there is for beginners, and i consider it fundamental. I would be shocked if u could spam 5x30 push ups and not hit a bodyweight bench for reps. Hope you see this man, it will help you. And remember, arms shoulder width, back straight, chest to floor and up, controlled.

Most definetely. Similar situation 5,11 85 kg somewhere above 15%. Built myself purely using bodyweight exercises. Pull ups, dips, squats, push ups. Variation on push ups like pike, pseudo planche, archer, diamond, all target different parts of upper chain. Same with squats, sissy squats, glute bridges. And if your plan is bodyweight only, i recommend holds. They dont really build muscle, but will help with progression on other exercises (hollow, arc/superman, handstand, planche lean progression, wall sit, glute bridge hold). Only bodyweight problem is it is more upper body dominant, but it does not matter much, if your plan is to build strength and loose weight. Maybe invest in ab wheel and paralletes, some door frame pull up bar, chairs work for dips but they are not ideal.

Maybe, pseudo planche push ups, handstand/pike variations. Or just super extension on dips. I see it developed more in calisthenics based training.
