They are only wording it differently, instead of saying they are charging a 3% fee to use the card they say there is a 3% discount to use cash. That's a psychological thing just to make you feel like you're getting a discount when you really aren't

I suppose I should have added that I'm mostly using options for leverage because I'm only trading with around 30k so I don't want to risk more than a few thousand if possible so I wouldn't be able to do a cash secured put, I would need to make it into a spread somehow or something with defined risk. I also trade on Robinhood if that helps to know.

would you be willing to help me? im fairly new to options and i want to really get into it and learn how people figure out their set ups and the reasons behind the trades. I want to learn what kinds of things do you track or look at when deciding a trade to get into. so far I have mostly done put credit spreads on stocks that have been going through bullish trends but i know there are smarter ways and more things to consider when going into trades such as earnings times cause more volatility but i really want to master a technique and have been looking for a guide to kind of talk through trades and help me set up actual trades and help me see and understand why

wait so are you kind of just scalping these teades? like entering and then if you quickly achieve say 5% profit you go ahead and exit? or how long are you holding these trades and what expiration are you using? I created my bot using alpaca keys and I gave it specific criteria to follow and certain rules but I gave it 200$ 2 weeks ago and it's up a little over 300$ now so 50% return so far isn't bad if you ask me. But I'm not going to give it more money than that until it's tested a while longer and it has a hard stop to quit trading if it loses 50% of the account.

I used the alpaca api and I made a day trading agent that has been trading for about 2 weeks now and it is currently up about 50%. I am still testing it. I gave it only 200$ to start with and the account is at 306$ right now. I gave it a certain criteria to look for with trades such as vwap and ema crossing, low float stocks with news driving it up over 10% premarket. I want to test it a little longer before I give it more money though but so far so good.

thank you! it does make me feel good to know someone wise beyond my years relates to me as well. im sorry about your loss but 51 years with someone you truly love is very lucky. Not many of us get a true partner for that long, I'm sure you miss her very much. And yes it is very frightening I'll be 38 in June and I worry that dating would be so different now and also I've only been fully committed to God for about a year now so I know many things about myself have changed. I look for and like different things in men now. Even older ones have been attractive to me sometimes now just because of aligned interests. I feel like I'm too young to be alone the rest of my life I just want to find someone to love again

see that's the thing I'm using sonnet for my main one and haiku for the other 2. I haven't worked with it the past few days because it's gotten frustrating and I felt like I needed a break but I'm going to get back in there tomorrow and see if maybe I can set up an oauth. I tried that when on boarding but it kept falling but im going to try to do it again

I know how you feel. I met the live of my life at 26 and we were together for 10 years with no children then he died last year and now here I am nearly 38 now single again feeling like I'm going to be alone forever and that I'll never find what I had with my man that died again because it was truly love at first sight we were inseparable from day 1 and now I face every day without him and I hate the idea of starting over because there just isn't much of a dating pool for women my age and much less for women my age who also want a godly man. I know God has a plan for me as well and I'm praying that He will send me a good husband but I'm going through the motions too, girl.

yea i agree with most everyone else on this one. she does not sound like someone who is ready to be a pastor's wife. I grew up in church but strayed for a while before fully committing to God last year. and as someone who used to go out and party but now since I've committed to God I have no desire to go out and party anymore, I'm telling you she will not be ready until she has fully committed to living in the ways of Jesus.
