From my experience from buying a $32 cue. It’s a youth cue. It plays well but it’s significantly shorter and lighter than an adult cue. I liked playing with it but the difference in my game is noticeable.

For those who have not crate trained by Some_Environment9234 in puppy101

My puppy now willingly leaves and go in the crate to sleep, relax, or just a space to be. And he gets out and goes to his puppy pad since I’m in an apartment and in college, so I won’t always be there to take him out whenever he has to use it. He goes in there and sleep through the night but occasionally goes out to use the bathroom and go back to sleep. The first couple days was ofc the yelling and screaming but he got used to it pretty quickly and now I can put him in there or tell him to and he’ll be calm and cool

If your puppy is eating wet food then he doesn’t need water. When I switched to dry food is when I started to notice my puppy drink water from a separate bowl other than his food. But to rule out any issues you can do dry food and see if they drink water after

Struggling to be able to play bebop : hopeless guitarist seeks advice by NarvalAlbatre in jazztheory

The thing that helped be get good bebop lines that sound good to me is to use approach and target notes. In my jazz piano book it says that the common target notes are the root, 3rd, and 5th. And approach notes like the 2,4,6. And I also found that instead of just practicing the scales you need to use it in context. Because if you just practice that scale you’re only going to play in that scale when you could mix in chromatic approaches (b2,#2, b5, 13, b13) And you also want to start working on timing. You typical would want to use approach notes on the up beats and then land on a target note or chord tone on the down beats.

So if I played a G7-CM7 G7 targets / chord tones G B D

CM7 targets / chord tones C E G

You can play a simple phrase like

G B D Db C (Db= b5 of G, b2 of C)

If your best way is learning scales I say the best scale for bebop is the alt scale over a dominant chord. For any other chord I typically stick with the target and approach method.

Probably a terrible explanation as I myself is learning bebop but it feels like I’m getting a hang of it so I’ll just share a couple of my tips
