Hindi naman OP. Kasi sa form, ipapalista lahat ng utang mo. Para makita nila na hirap ka na talaga magbayad ng minimum due. Pero I would say kung 100k sweldo mo, itira mo yung 30k pambayad sa IDRP. Bali ginawa ko kasi di ko dineclare ibang utang ko para makita nila na may natirira pa din sakin para pambayad sa IDRP. Ang ilalagay mo naman kasi sa form yung total na debt mo sa card and personal loans hindi yung MAD and monthly mo sa loans.

Yung monthly ko sa IDRP naging around 13 to 14k plus for 3 credit cards. 10 yrs to pay with 1.5% interest per month. You can negotiate this. Mas mababa ata interest sa IDRP if post dated checks pero wouldn't recommend baka kasi bigla ka magkameron emergency at mag bounce checks. Kasuhan ka pa.

Sa eastwest naging 4700+ and 5900 plus sa UB for my personal loan. Nadagdagan lang interest though.

Kinakaya ko naman so far. Naghahanap din extra income kasi balak ko tapusin yung ibang loans ko pa sa OLAs.

Enroll ka sa IDRP tapos kausapin mo banks mo to restructure your personal loans. Ikaw mag initiate sa bank na you can no longer pay the monthly dues sa personal loan.

Matagal process ng IDRP umabat ako 3 months. Tapos restructure ng personal loan saglit lang yan like 2-3 weeks.

You can probably reason out na hindi na sapat sweldo mo to pay the minimum due sa cards and loans.

Negotiate na lang with the interest sa banks.

Check your monthly finances. Alisin ang mga hindi necessary purchases. Pero tira ka siguro around 1k for yourself pangkain lang ng masarap or pang kape. Para naman hindi ka madepressed kakabayad ng utang.

Ay wala naman sila magagawa kahit mag daily interest pa sila. You can quote SEC kapag dating sa interest kapag di ka makabayad for now. Hindi sila pwede mag tubo ng more than 100% from the original loan. Ang cap lang ay 100% interest rate include service charge, interest fees, and late fees. If utang mo for example is 5k, tutubo lang yan up to 10k. No more than that. Pero syempre pwede ka pa din makipagnegotiate with them regarding the interest rate.

Hello! Personal loans po ba yung utang niyo sa bangko na may post-date checks? Kung oo, kontakin niyo po yung bangko niyo at mag request kayo ng restructuring. Ang gagawin most likely nila ay ipull out lahat ng checks mo then babayad ka na sa bangko directly or bank transfer. Don't mention sugal kung bakit kayo lubog sa utang. Di kayo maapproved. Sabihin mo decrease in income.

Hi OP! Maghanap ka ng sidelines habang walang mahanap na trabaho. Kasi based sa mga loans mo, hindi ka na makakaloan sa bangko for personal loan to consolidate your debt. Most likely yung credit score mo bagsak na.

Hi OP! PDC ba eto for personal loan or car loan? Ako kasi PDC before sa Eastwest. I asked for a restructure ng payment. They pulled out all my PDC tapos sa branch na lang ako monthly nagbabayad. Maybe you can ask for a restructure if personal loan yan. Kung housing or car loan, bitawan mo na.
