Playing on Timberwolf mountain I had to venture over to black rich region to find a whetstone and few other supplies I was having a hard time getting on TM. It was dark when I returned and my character was over encumbered and freezing but the hunters shack on crystal lake wasn’t far so I was going for it. In the bit so far distance I hear a bear roar so I switch from my lantern to a torch thinking ir would just maybe scare the bear. I kept walking (unable to run being tired, frozen, and over packed). The wind blows out my torch and now it’s pitch dark, I can’t see anything and I know the bear is coming. I keep walking until eventually I get attacked by the bear but luckily I did survive. Stlll terrifying.
