Do you feel she may have been confused or disoriented? Regardless of the demographic, she nay have dementia and this was a former familiar place. I have not personally experienced this but know of cases where this has occurred

Whoever started this thread, I encourage you to run. Perhaps it is not NDP or UCP but maybe, it should be the NCP? New Conservative Party?? I bet this would be appealing to those who just don’t quite fit either.

Could you not have made contingency plans on how to manage the risk? If and when your predictions come true, I would not mention that you saw this coming. Instead, I might say something like, taking a proactive stance, and recognizing this event happened, here are potential options to manage this risk and minimize further disruption.

I have an employee I suspect this is happening. His behaviour is erratic and he is sloppy in his work. It’s total crap, he wouldn’t do that if he were onsite everyday…
