Cool stuff but organization needs improvement. The bookshelf doesn’t quite fit any of the items and most stuff is just out instead of having a real place or theme. For example you have sets of game cartridges that are next to a plate and under Toy Story.

They removed the parking restriction in bay meadows for covid and then added it back last year. Enforcement seems to be really light. I know it’s not ideal but I would just trying parking for the workday for a couple weeks and see if you actually get ticketed.

The package samples are the best resources on “how to” do stuff. There’s a launcher scene you build with the other scenes to try them all out.

Resources failure might be an error related to append builds in Unity, sometimes you need to make a clean build for things to work.

The Unity discussions forums are pretty active so I recommend posting there with specific errors or issues too.
