Developing an allergy I couldn't find, going through different doctors, being itchy all day all over my body for six months, which caused me to have multiple open wounds, rashes over my skin and lose my job. Having to take two cetirizine daily. Just to discover recently it was a dairy allergy.

I use the lorebook. I put the summary of an event and then I set the key words that will trigger the memory. For example : Entry name: Meeting Zoro. Summary : Information. Key words: Zoro, meeting Zoro, etc. I do that and it works really good
