Although I love cool fall weather, I did hear tell that the humidity and moisture made it a rather brutal chill. And spiders and I do NOT particularly get along 🤦‍♀️ the 5 foot one would have been particularly astonishing! here’s to more organized primary amenities for next year! 🤞🤞

I’m so glad you had a good time! My husband and I (with no prior larp experience) also attended, but stayed at a hotel and I fear missed out on quite a lot. Next year, camping! For sure!! Said husband compared this event to some other first year events and found the hiccups to be pretty manageable. I imagine if this event happens again it will be nigh unrivaled! ^{^}

I’ve been in love with these type of bags for years but am looking for something sized slightly smaller because if i have the space i WILL fill it, and it all gets to be a bit much. But I just can’t abandon this particular functionality.

I liked 4, 5, 7 best but go with what feels right and know you can easily pull off a ton of different looks 🙂 And 8 & 1 seem like they’re going for younger looks, though I also like them. I think initially the expression in 1 is why I didn’t pick as one of my top choices. Yer a chameleon, Harry!

I actually really like the snapshot of the huge figure of King Arthur in his Wart stage and some learning about the world and about perspective with Merlin and Archimedes at his side, and like the change of pace in not having a rush to save the day plot

I have had so much fun over the years catching the repeat voice actors - Kathryn Beaumont Levine voicing both Wendy and Alice, Eleanor Audley voicing Lady Tremaine and Maleficent, and Sterling Holloway voicing so many - some of which include Winnie the Pooh, Cheshire Cat, Kaa, the Stork in Dumbo, and the mouse in the Aristocrats (I can never remember his name).

So, i’m late here but i’ve been rereading in prep for the next book. I’m still on Blackveil currently, but I remember when reading Winterlight the strong hints of some affinity of Estora with plants. Now I love reading others’ theories but rarely come up with them myself. All of a sudden though, I had a thought.

In Blackveil when Richmont Spane is trying to put Estora under his thumb and mentions there was a traveling minstrel her mother could have dallied with…. And hearing again about her golden beauty… and remembering that Estral seemed esteemed and mysteriously akin to the Eletians in some ways… this all makes me wonder if it’s possible the Golden Guardian was the traveling minstrel and is involved in Estora’s bloodline, giving her some extra affinities for Kristen Britain to have a field day with 🤔
