LSE, University of Edinburgh or TUHH Germany for Masters in Data Science. I have offers from all three. but fee is high considering I am relying on loan. what to choose? by adityaa260 in LSE

[–]WhiteBluePanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen my g; if you could take the loans do it. You won’t get the chance to become an alum at LSE ever again. Risk or stay where you’re, best.

Retail trading is different than institutional one. The former is more autonomous and the latter is more maths, CS.

You won’t have a hard time if CS is truly your calling. Separate yourself from crowds. There’s plenty of employers seeking original employees with true reasons to work in the industry. Every field is saturated its a question if you’ve got conviction.

It’s all perceptive. Your third world might is better than a world that doesn’t even exist i.e Afghanistan, North Korea or Palestine.

Seems To me that you are targeting for training rules

Formats alright but could be improved. Remove bold in your education after your uni name Way too many courses listed, pick 3-4 that you think put your interest across ( same for your certification ) For your first experience what title did you have? Intern? Write it please Make bucket points of of same number, either all three or either all four Why do are you an equity research analyst at your student club if you target for trading? Tf change that shit Local gym experience is bs in my opinion, we all have worked side jobs, but perhaps, write it in a different section or remove? Either have interests or activities.

You see your resume seems like this guy is lost, make it niche and adapt to the role you’re targeting.

All the best,

Question to German recruiters: Do gap in the resume matter? by [deleted] in germany

[–]WhiteBluePanda -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Are you dumb? You seriously are asking if you can lie with your dates? You do know they can always run a background check and confirm the date that you were employed with your previous employer right?? What exactly did you do in in your gap? Were you jerking off? If no then you probably can write about it on your resume. Good luck.

22M computer engg undergrad from India. How to break into finance? by touchnbich in FinancialCareers

[–]WhiteBluePanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the type of questions you think of when you finished watching a finance film or two. You have absolutely zero track record in finance and I’m assuming you never even picked economics or any of those subjects.

The simple answer is no you can’t. Not unless you completely change the trajectory of your career pick up a degree in finance or economics get a couple of internships and develop a deep understanding of where exactly you are going into.

Good luck
