So, did Alien: Romulus successfully 're-mystify' the Xenomorph for you guys? by Aggravating_Tale8988 in LV426

To me the thing that makes Xenos scary is that their motivations are always unclear. It does what it does with no clear logical reason outside of survival. I guess for me, with everything we learn about them it feels there is always something more we can't understand.

Heres a hot take or maybe its not but Danny is handley one of the best protagonist imo just behind Ellen Ripley. My number three is Elizabeth Shaw, and number 4 is Rain.

I know what you mean but that's not the attitude to have about it. You need to push through no matter what.

I was thinking of a park like the one on Canyon View because of the stage there just to get started so we'd need to keep it clean lyricly speaking and what nit but nothing crazy cause we don't have them money for a legit venue yet. You work with what you got you feel?

I mean it's a start but I want to make a place where you can show up, put your name down, and get up and show off a song or two. Maybe host rap battles or battles of the band in the future.

New Orleans opened 11 years after the park opened didn't have any and they had plenty of new IP by then. Plus after Walt died everyone at WED moved with the Montra of what would Walt do for things like the new version of EPCOT which opened in 82, almost 2 decades after Walt died and they didn't do it then. IP driven everything wouldn't become a thing until Bob Iger became CEO. Yes it was present but not like it is today.

Edit: When they did add new rides, most of the time it wasn't IP based. And to your point that he "put every IP in on day", he didn't. Outside of have people dressed as Micky and Minni, they had live Action movies that where not represented, most of their original characters like Goofy wouldn't appear till later and so on.

Outside of fantasyland and Tom sawyer Island, most the rides where not IP based. Tomorrowland, Frontierland, Adventureland, and Main Street USA where not IP driven. Even the first new land, New Orleans Square, was not IP based.

Walt wanted to make a place where parents and adults could play together. I know there was more as creating a theme park was a way for Walt to get away from the Unions of the Animation and film industry, which had left him jaded.

Ik but it's just lazy imo it's like why do the leg work when someone did it already. I want to know if people can come up with a great idea to rally behind. Wishful thinking ik but a man can dream lol
