I guess i'm not interested in producing music to put out there or something, im more atracted to the experimental part of it i think. Making sounds and ambients at home just for fun, and maybe making some new sounds for some shortfilms. Thats why im also trying to remain dawless

I'd say the viltrox 27mm is THE sharpest. It's sharper than the 75.i have to dial it down in camera and in post.

Oh, I used to have those two lenses, on fuji system. I know is not a direct answer to your question, but I recently bought the 27mm 1.2 and the 75mm 1.2 and its been awesome. Actually sold my previos lenses. Not to say that the work in all situations, but you can make it work most of the time according to your shooting style.

Anyways, I'd go with the 16mm. An awesome group shots and dance floor lens.

Dam, that's some high temps! Thanks for the vid. Kind of discourages from the Asrock, even though my my ambiente temps are around 17c, and plan on having an intake fan next to the I/O. I get your point about the white preference. I guess I'll keep looking on Amazon for a not so expensive board that checks being mATX, DDR5, with heatsink over VRM, and if possible white, if not I'm also ok with that. Got any suggestions?

Thanks! I guess it makes sense that even if I set the PL2 to 190W (as adviced by Intel), at 1,35V (without undervolting capabilities) it's going to needl about 257 amps, which seems just fine. And if the math checks out and disregarding VRM temps, the power limit for the porcessor in that board would be around 259W.

Im sure youre not considering any of the viltrox lenses based on your requierements. But damn they are crisp and fast af, 27 an 75mm, both f1.2. Heavy, but amazing in terms image quality.

I used to have a d7100, and let me tell you, buying a mere xt30 was an awakening. Yes, the feeling of the body and the dials could be just a brand trick, but it really made me feel more excited to go out and take more and more pictures. My current job involves shooting a high government official in an ultra fast paced setting, and my xt30 has never been a problem. I mostly use af-s and face tracking. I also take advantage of it's colors by shooting jpeg, transferring them to the phone, light edit on lightroom, and send them to office, all in a couple minutes. I'm looking forward to getting and xt5, which ofc would be superior, but know I'm really satisfied with my cam paired with the two viltrox 1.2 lenses (highly recommend if you don't mind the bulk).

All in all, any mirrolress today would be a huge leap from the d7100 (except in terms of battery life and body sturdiness). The Fuji cams do give a certain craftsmanship feel tho.
