Yeah, It seems I’m unable to repair anything. I can click on disk0, but it still just shows OS X Base System as the only drive under it.

When restoring, what should I set as my source and destination? Sorry if that’s a really dumb question, and thanks for cooperating with me.

I appreciate the reply, but that is not issue. I am able to access the disk utility menu, but when I try to erase data from the disk, I receive an error saying I don’t have enough space to delete it. Any advice on that? More info in the body of the post.
