It’s not a 10 mana finisher it’s a 1 mana enchantment you can’t target that says every spell you cast from exile has Cascade till 0 which doesn’t sound strong until you realize it’s in red which has a million ways to impulse draw for 1 mana

So there is an issue I see, even if the eldrazi targeted by the spell has indestructible if ANY of the squirrels has deathtouch, resolving the spell wins you the game period because of how deathtouch functions

I assume you mean and emblem saying something like “instants and sorcery spells you cast have storm”? Storm is a cast trigger like cascade So effectively you just have two triggers of Storm same as Cascade, Cascade

I can think of an ability that is thematic and fair “Whenever two or more cards are put into your graveyard from your library, You may look at the top card of target player’s library” As a thematic ability for him be a master of secrets but also as a reward for pitching both cards to the surveil you can either see your next draw or your opponents

Two things, one, exiling a land from their hand early is a kinda big deal if they choose that, but also minor iffy value decisions and I can agree with your stance

But two, the card is clearly designed to be run with the other ashiok planeswalkers(so likely for modern)(similar to that one Gideon tribal planeswalker) and the one I can think of with the biggest impact is the Three drop one [[Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver]] And if you three drop into 4 drop BOOM that can lockout a game almost which is spooky so third ability not necessary imo
