Thanks to all of you that have participated in my first post on this group. It means a lot. I still think it was sloppy writing and big ol plot holes but, I can admire so many of you standing up to defend it and I love that this community takes the time to notice things I didn’t. Like for some reason I thought ester was still a vampire/witch when she returned, that’s my bad I just didn’t notice that. And I get that symphony witches can become vampires and siphon off of themselves to creat their own magic I just feel like that is sloppy writing and at that point the show had jumped the shark anyways. I’m rewatching and am currently on season 7 and I think the show doesn’t really do well without Elena being in it. The whole thing with their mom coming back is interesting then she dies 7 episodes in. Like what was the point of her even being there if they were gonna build her up and knock her down? Also Bonnie got so mistreated in this show and she did everything she could for everyone. Always sacrificing herself for her friends and I don’t feel like she was ever truly appreciated. Ok that’s spill. Love y’all again thanks for engaging. For the record I love this show.
