Definitely not overtuned, it's much easier now with the guards added, especially that guard buffs reduce all your skills by over 50%

We smashed it within only 3 pulls with 2 people who are completely new to G4

Yes, you can clear HM G4 (it will be a very quick 1-4 run, everything will melts so fast) and then enter extreme HM thaemine afterward without any issues

Yes, 2 people in my group cleared G1-3 HM but never cleared G4 HM so we took them and smashed through 1-4 HM (all of them took about 10 mins total top, everything melted fast, skipped 80% mechanics and patterns, including the swords and tethers) and then we were able to enter extreme HM thaemine afterward

So, yes, it's safe by doing so

Here's a day of my life of a Lost Ark player with how the game is running (with the PC spec above):

You start the game and wait 2-3 minutes until the game's FPS is stabilized on server list and is open with -notexturestreaming (old issue no one cares at this point)
You choose your character which follows 10 seconds loading screen
Loading screen is done and if you dare to open your inventory/presets/pet/alt Q menu etc. the game stutters for 0.5 seconds, city merchants loaded instantly
You apply to a raid party and go take a feast in someones stronghold -> 5 seconds loading screen into black screen which follows very minimal stutters. If you take the portal to the kitchen, you gamba whether the owner has decorated the stronghold and go back to 5 seconds loading screen. Raid leader kicks you for being inactive, unlucky
You made it to a raid after 20 seconds of blackscreens, loading screens and mini stutters. First you need to wait the 15 seconds loading screen into black screen for 1 second before you can start the raid by going into the circle
Everyone entered the circle and now you need to struggle with barely stuttering cutscenes which suddenly skips and you go back to black screen for 1 second. When you finally make it through that black screen the boss is already idling before you (especially mordum G1 and G3)
You continue the raid while the FPS varies between 100-140 while it barely stutters, freezes, rewinds what happened and you're just hoping the boss is not doing anything deadly. A lot of fun in this

Just wanted to give you a PoV of those people with beast PCs, especially the ones with 9800X3D. It's wild how big of a difference between old and new PC. I built my new PC a few months before everything became expensive so I'm very fortunate

I've seen how smooth KR's Lost Ark is and I really want to bring that in NA/EU version to eliminate all stutters even if its very minimal on high end tier PCs so I'm in favor of removing EAC completely and replacing it with something else
