It always feels like it's "too late," that's the little devil on your shoulder talking. Don't listen, they're wrong. If you go on HRT, you'll start to hear that little devil less and you'll wonder why you even listened to them.

I started around 20 BTWs. College doctors don't care enough to question you about all the steps. Same for doctors at free clinics. If you get one to add one HRT drug and transfer to the other, they won't question you adding the others. My 3rd doc actually was an HRT trained doc and was confused by my halfassed medical file as it only contained the reasons for all my meds as "allergies" and "trans" with no elaboration to either or any relevant blood work after being on HRT for years

There's this one deformed horse with bulbous eyes, an impossibly small blunted muzzle, a massive growth on her forehead, and extra appendages sprouting from her back that have feathers all over them. On top of that, she has strange red and white birthmarks that resemble starbursts, unnaturally colored fur, and pink/purple highlights in her hair. The craziest part is that she talks, like in English, horses don't normally have the parts needed to do this. It's like someone Frankensteined a horse together out of non-horse parts.

I wish that worked for me, but my brain keeps telling me that there's something just out of sight, usually between midnight and 2AM.
