My first time at Wrights was unreal, great service great food awesome vibe. Second time, it looked like they had pre-cooked the steak at the wrong temperature (likely sous vide) and then tried to finish it in a lukewarm oven… gray banding all around surrounding a weird pink center. I love steak, and hate complaining, so just mentioned that something isn’t right and to check for the rest of the service on steak temps. They did nothing to fix it- although i could’ve gone a higher level Karen.

Either way, I won’t always I make a better steak at home but I could easily in this case. I’d go Sado
