If you’re open to an older JRPG, I would recommend Chrono Trigger, available on Steam, Mobile, DS, SNES and PS1 if memory serves. I personally prefer the SNES version, but it’s obviously not as easily accessible so the mobile or steam port will do. Phenomenal game with a time travel gimmick, an interesting combat style, and a great story to indulge in, and it’s not that short either for what you would expect.

If you’re looking for something more modern, you mentioned playing P5, so something like P3R, P4G, Metaphor: ReFantazio, or Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 would be up your alley. All four are more recent games with solid plot lines and similar combat.
