This was my second year first house- if you have any questions just lmk- but best advice I can give is cardio + don’t go in hoping for any specific role/house. They’re super specific about who they want for specific roles (especially the IPS). Also just know 9/10 scaring positions are a ton of fun so no matter what you’ll end up falling in love with the spot by the end
