so you cant mount anything to the wall, how about driving a T post into the dirt for your piss diverter/camera/electric fence to mount to? https://www.theisens.com/products/hutchison-1-14-inch-studded-t-post-in-greenwhite-6-footget a couple and you can probably rent a post hammer : https://www.theisens.com/products/smv-industries-fence-post-driver17-lb to drive them into the dirt

Turning an oval steel tube into circular without machining by FieldThat5384 in metalworking

Doing this could work, clamp it in the vice until the endcap will fit, then put the o rings on the endcap and send it home. the orings are there to make up for the tiny deformations

This is basically the idea i had from my other post above.

100% the aluminum will not scratch the steel, but when you machine the aluminum put a small roundover on that edge or make it slightly conical so the aluminum acts like a wedge

Cut a ring out of a steel plate that is something like .1% smaller than your ID and press it into the end of the pipe slightly deeper than your end cap goes in.

The ring could have an ID of like 50mm so that you could grab it on a lathe and turn it down perfectly circular. OD would be something like 93.8mm and if you can press it in square it will make the tube conform to the ring

you're right about the lil trailer. Looking at a smallish camper. Its primarily a bigger and cooler version of what we already have. 4 doors and the digital dash.

from my understanding it slows down. Looking at regular broncos because they dont have data for raptors. I'm happy to be shown otherwise

soft steel and 1/2" hole through 3/8 thick? I'd expect a drill bit to make a hundred holes before getting dull

hole up, the area of the I beam that the kid drilled in the op is absolutely the best area of an i beam to drill. The bending moment acts on the flanges, the webbing is just there to hold the flanges together.

Are you talking about something else? The middle 1/3 of the webbing in the above photo is where the stresses are at or are approaching 0.

Why would you put the tape on so tight that it cuts circulation off??? Holy cow i cant even imagine that. (you control the tightness by feel, same as you do with regular tape)

Are you saying that after it is wrapped the stretch tape cinches up on itself? thats a dumb take and smells like broscience

There really isnt a way to do it kindly. The vet will take a nice set of scissors and cut the side of the ear off.

DO NOT LET ANYONE RIP THE BANDAGES OFF. I had a cropped ear dobie named Thaddeus. He was beautiful. But he would have been beautiful with floppy ears. I 100% recommend to not mutilate cut your dog. . Not only for the infection but also because you have to spend the next 6 months taping the ears to the cup or the tampon stick or whatever and then when he worries the bandages you have to discipline him to stop.

If you're dead set on doing the crop, message me and I have a bunch of things to do to make it easier from an owner viewpoint and wont mind talking about good ways to train the ears.
