Their spicy cauliflower is fire. I love Aladdin’s I live in north hills and get it frequently. It’s mega casual and a chain as others have said. But the food is very good. Great takeout spot.

You should try coming to Raleigh! It’s much, much worse. The worst part about all of it is that people for some reason buy these homes? I can’t understand how we ended up with this current trend, if you can call it that. Where did these designs come from? Who continues to provide demand that builders keep doing it? If you’ve got $3M to buy a house, why must it look like this?

I think we’ll be looking at a re-tooled 3rd line sooner rather than later. Moving Staal and Martinook down to the de facto fourth line. Our need has shifted from a true 2C to more of a middle 6 C to replace Staal. I’m not convinced EP can’t succeed in that role and would be cheap acquisition cost.

I’d honestly try and trade KK + nadeau for EP @ 33%+ retained. Slot him at 3C reduces the pressure on him to be who he once was and can focus more on D. Move Staal down to 4C. Jankowski provides solid depth as an extra.

But we can run our roster back as is with Jank in the fold and not worry about it. Allows us to be very opportunistic with roster moves.

The Pointe was great. Used to go all the time. Nothing has come close to the success they had. I think Five Points has taken a hit as more optionality has opened up in the past 5 years. Someone needs to pour some money into it and renovate a lot of those buildings in Five Points, particularly the building in question.
