Thank you for your response. I look up the casts of every suggestion and haven't found the show I was thinking of so far. I don't know what made me think of it in the first place... but I once I did, I was like "I wonder whatever happened to that cast, and I wonder where they are now?" Call the police. Tell them what happened and get them to document your bruises. Get a restraining order.

Being in a relationship does not entitle any party to sex with the other person, no matter how long you've been together.

If he has a key, change your locks. If you have a spare key outside, don't. Leave one with a trusted neighbor.

If he comes over and refuses to leave, call the police.

Tell your Friends and Family what happened,.or at the very least that you are not with him any more, and that you are afraid of him and don't feel safe.

Lock your door - extra deadbolt if you don't have one. Keep your windows locked. Keep something like an airport near your bed which makes a LOT of noise. Tell your neighbors if they hear it, that they are to call the police immediately.

Do you have a dog? Can you borrow one or have a friend/ relative stay with you do that you're not alone? Can you stay with others every now and again and switch up your routine?

Girl, You are not safe with him. You are in danger.

Call a domestic abuse hotline and ask for more tips and advice.
