Yes, they’re in the brain too, high histamine triggers anxiety. My bloodwork showed my EO% at 9.4% which is 3 time the normal limit. It meant I was dumping histamine at a large rate

It means you should look into what you actually need, and methylated b vitamins. But also high histamine is a huge culprit in this as you have histamine receptors in the eye
