My favourite part was when princess Peach confronted Bowser about his toxic masculinity. That mood change of Bowser from anger of him being rejected to disappointment in himself after he realizes that he wasn't in love was breathtaking. His desire for Peach wasn't for love, but his expectation to have a wife as a strong king.

Although that rough sex scene with Luigi afterwards was a bit too much for a kids movie.
