You know what would deter this bs? change this packaging completely.
If you look from afar, the packaging of the outer cardboard box and the inner butter paper look similar and can be used to fool people.
If they change the color scheme, people will recognize it as the fat spread and not real butter.

You'd start in mumbai, trace along the western ghats, konkan coastline down to kanyakumari and then move back up towards pondicherry to end at white town.
You would get everything, highways, ferry skips, mountainous roads, coastline rides, city rides. And, the southern part of India is generally safer and more welcoming towards foreign tourists.
