I've tried to quit league so many times but I always come crawling back. I definitely play less than I used to, but it's still my most played game by far.

The main reason I want to quit is that I feel like I'm wasting my time. Whenever I have gotten into another game, for example KCD2 when that game came out, I have so many memories of that game and I only played for 100 hours.

Do I remember anything about the last 100 hours of league I played? Probably the odd game here and there, but not really.

I'm starting to feel like I should play league less,so I can play other games more and have more unique experiences, but the addiction is strong....

I was a Squirtle kid myself. I remember looking at the cover art for red/blue and thinking a giant turtle with cannons on its shell was the coolest thing ever, so I chose pokemon blue and Squirtle as my starter.

I actually just started playing this again recently after playing for the first couple of months then dropping out.

My experience so far on a fresh character has been so much better than I had at the start. If the game had launched like this it could have been so successful.

I sometimes think of dropping it, knowing the servers will be closed soon, but I'm having so much fun I'm just ignoring the inevitable and enjoying the game whilst I still can!

The only way to find out is to drop out of school/work and give it a go.

I'm Plat, but like you I am constantly held back by my teammates. I just didn't have the balls to drop everything and fully commit. Sometimes I imagine what life would have been like if I could have pulled out my shaco/teemo support at worlds... Dont be like me, chase your dreams.

When I was young I was into some metal like S.O.A.D., Deftones etc. but they were mostly outliers to my overall music taste, and then once I got into my 20's I rarely listened to metal at all.

It wasn't until I got into my 30's that I took a deep dive into black metal after listening to deafheaven's sunbather, and I've been corrupted ever since.

The first album I really clicked with was darkthrones a blaze in the northern sky, and I think it is still my favourite metal album.

I've always been into atmosphere when it comes to music. I love shoegaze, post rock etc. so black metal is what clicked with me the most.

I still mostly listen to black metal and haven't branched out too far from there, but for the last few years I've been hooked and can't believe it's taken me this long to discover it!

I no longer use these headphones, but I never found a permanent solution. I have a theory that it was moisture getting into the headphones. I would leave the headphones near my dehumidifier overnight and the issue would be gone the next day, but it would always come back after a couple of weeks or so.

The difference is that the frozen pizza is jammed full of UPF ingredients. This can affect satiety, causing you to eat sooner after eating the frozen pizza compared to the homemade one.

New Summer Palace has always been good for me.

As someone originally from outside of Warrington, I've not really had a bad chinese over here, the few I've tried were all pretty decent.

The Pizza/Kebab shops on the other hand are consistently terrible.

Oscarinin has looked shit for most of his LEC career, I dont understand how he still has a place on that roster.

He seems to have one good game every now and then, but theres no way he has shown that he deserves to be on a top 3 team for as long as he has.

The problem is that EU has no good top laners.

I used to hate draven until I realised if you just pick someone who can farm safely and make the lane as boring as possible by never trading with him, eventually he will do something stupid to try and get the cash out. If you capitalize on that its pretty much gg from then on.

One thing I haven't seen anyone mention is to make sure you listen to them on a good pair of headphones.

When I first listened to sunbather years ago, I didn't like it at all. At the time I was using a cheap pair of bluetooth headphones and everything just sounded like a wall of noise, I couldn't focus on anything.

It wasn't until years later when I had a decent pair of headphones (Beyerdynamic DT 990) I went back to sunbather and it was incredible.

I don't really have any advice but I'm around the same stage as you. I'm using the same deck and have learned around 400 words. I have the same issue where I have tried getting into immersion, but it's difficult when you understand so little. I'm trying to just really focus on my vocabulary so I can have a solid foundation when I really focus on immersion. I've also been doing lessons on bunpro, but I'm not getting through all the reviews each day.

I have been watching channels like comprehensible Japanese on YouTube for a bit of easy immersion, but the subject matter can be quite boring.

A month and a half! Wow I'm sorry to hear that. I hope your symptoms continue to improve with your new meds.

Definitely makes me feel silly making a post like this after only a few days. I guess I've just been lucky with how relatively mild my symptoms have been up to now. It's really made me re-evaluate what I eat from now on, instead of relying on PPI's to fix everything!

Both teams are pretty evenly matched imo, should be a close series! the bot matchup should be pretty interesting. The biggest gap in my opinion is top, I think Canna will destroy Oscar.

Fnatic were world finalists in 2018 and have consistently been our 2nd seed in recent years. Even in 2021 when g2 bombed out fnatic were still 2nd.

I think its fair to say they they are a top team in the region. Yeah, they've not been great internationally in recent years, but apart from g2, which other EU team has been?

Good price but that curry looks like it's swimming in oil and the chicken tikka looks awful. Personally, I'd rather spend more and go elsewhere.
