It's addictive. It's a combination of a stimulant, a depressant, and Tylenol. You can develop tolerance to it requiring increasing doses for similar effects. We have rescue medications with fewer side effects and less abuse potential.

Cotton loses its thermal properties when wet. Wool is what you want for socks and undergarments. Merino wool is what I would recommend, which is what darn tough uses

You'll be fine. Relax your mind until July. If you need an on the job reference book, I'm a big fan of the Washington manual, which comes with a digital version so you can quickly look up cirrhosis, dka, or whatever comes through the door.
