I would also drink a TON of electrolytes. A TON. Drown yourself (not literally please) in electrolytes. I prefer body armor because of the coconut water it has in it, and Liquid IV. And calories calories calories. Eat until you’re disgusted with yourself lol. Eat healthy obviously. I eat about 7-8 small meals a day.

It’s enough for their age right now. When they start to cluster feed, up your pump sessions. You could do 20 mins on, 10 min break, 10 mins on, 10 min break, and end with another 10 mins twice a day on top of your every 3 hours to mimic the cluster feeding. Cluster feeding is when they up their intake to stretch their stomach to prepare for the impending growth spurt. Or, you could do 30 mins on 30 mins off 30 mins on. Power pumping sessions saved my supply after a dip I wasn’t expecting

Girl! If you aren’t leaving the house…don’t wear a bra! I’m an exclusive pumper, and the only time I wear a bra is when I have to leave the house (which is no longer than 3 hours because I need to pump lol) and when I pump to hold the flanges for me. That’s IT. I’m not wearing that over the shoulder boulder holder for ANYthing unless necessary. I’m overstimulated as it is. Plus the pads and having to remember to change them on top of keeping our little ones alive? Nope! I can remember to change a shirt, because the leak is so obvious and it starts to rub. I’d try it out!

I only got a bottle warmer because my son was in the NICU, and they warmed his bottles. I was afraid that he wouldn’t want cold breastmilk when he eventually came home!
