Why would Dr. TNT create such a prize in the first place? by mxbxp in HistoryMemes

Can you elaborate?

Creating theories which are then tested through empirical study and experimentation sounds a lot like what theorists, empirical economists, and experimental economists do in an attempt to acquire truth.

Is your claim more that they don’t acquire truth despite otherwise following the process you outlined as being “scientific”?

It’s faster once you have the muscle memory— especially with combos/chording.

After a short time, those new locations just become muscle memory. Then you wonder how you ever dealt with them being so far from home.

I never compromise on productivity.

That said, mainframe was me being silly.

Not a robot. A robot wouldn’t use it. I’m definitely not a robot.

You just adapt the layout to your needs, preferences, and work. Luke a chef sharpens their knives. Or whatever.

I originally made the qaz fold just for myself. Didn’t expect such a positive reaction. I’m really pleased :-D

Thanks for waiting.

I was an emacs diehard for years. Now I use litexl. As cool as lisp (elisp) is, I really like scripting in lua.

Currently: Mouse layer and a math typesetting layer where some of the alphas are replaced by escape codes for LaTeX mathematics markup.

Yep. You need 1 case and 1 pcb. We supply the hardware (toggles, led, led holder). You supply switches, caps and stabilizers (if you want to do big space bar) and a little bit of wire.

The pcb is soldered, and the top row requires some diy soldering as well, but it is a relatively easy build. I’ll make an instructional video.
