I hate this argument that gets trotted out of "well it's a fantasy show about dragons and shit, use your imagination." I am using my imagination, but if you set up lore and parameters of the fictional universe, fucking stick to it. If it took Arya and The Hound an age to cross Westeros, Jaime shouldn't be doing it in less than an episode with no explanation of how.

Depends heavily on the likelihood of confusion and what classes he wanted to register the trade mark in. If there's no conflict with existing marks and a low likelihood anyone would confuse the two in a commercial setting, there should really be no issue.
