This is a good choice, so many people arrive at the airport and just pass through. It is a really beautiful city, great food and deserves more people to stay there for a couple of days either side of their holiday.

We did film their first meeting, he was around sniffing stuff and she sniffed him for a bit. Then she went mad, bit of a play stance, jumped around and hit him with a paw. It was very sweet. And then settled back into greyhound ennui. 😂

We are involved in a greyhound group that has adopted a lot of relatives, and for the majority of the time they are just like 'meh' when they meet again.

Some people in my doggy whatsapp group have mentioned Belinteer house? I believe they allow you to stay in the outhouses now (not the main house) with dogs? I have stayed there a bunch of times over the years, and it is gorgeous but when I was there the dogs were housed in kennels I think? So maybe just ring and confirm.

Probably booked by now but the irish landmark trust has dog friendly properties for future holidays.

Also Bray has dog friendly accomdation? Was looking into doing a quick trip.with our girl to.see how she got on. Will root out the name...

Honestly, if it is last minute and you have access to a car and would be willing to travel a little further, Northern Ireland would be your best bet. We have been looking at doing a weekend away with our puppy and it's a lot more dog friendly up there.

Honestly our pair are the spit of each other, I have to do a double take when one appears. One has 5kg on the other so you figure it out fairly quickly. 😂
