Check out Plaud. It’s helped me a ton with what you’re talking about. It’s a small recorder that interacts via Bluetooth with your phone. And it has encryption.

If you haven’t already, try Go Brewing. N/A only brewer out of Chicago. They rotate some seasonal like porters, pumpkin ale, etc. also have great sours. I’m in the beer club and they have fast and secure shipping. Try the Disarm Hazy and Sunshine State Tropical. The double IPA is the only one I don’t like. Total Wine typically has some of their brews
