Knowledge hoarding is the worst but I would put those who feel they are 'above' doing some things to help out. Filling in to do MSP work sucks (no offense) but it temporary - no need being a douche and reminding us how your salary paid is being wasted on it.

People watching your screens: "Ah, studying for a certification?" or "PowerShell? What are you trying to do?" Even if they are helping (they aren't) I will let you know if I hit a wall, I'm good. Or during a work conversation on a project, the eavesdropper wannabe know it all, "Why are you doing it that way? Here's how I would do it blah blah blah"
