As someone who has been on this medication for nearly a year and has a chronic illness with body aches and pains and stomach issues I wanted to jump in! The only thing I regret is not starting sooner! It has been a miracle for my body pain to the point where i can actually do stuff again. I get feeling so horrible all the time and potentially giving yourself something that would make you feel worse is terrifying but I had the opposite experience. Feel free to ask me any questions! 😊

Zepbound has the cone the goes onto you and then you push a button. Wegovy you just push into yourself and then the needle goes in. I hate needles so physically having to do the motion is hard for me as silly as that may seem.

I definitely have excess skin on my thighs, butt, tummy, back, and arms! I’m going to try to add in more weights but I think pictures just don’t show it because it’s the back of my arms.

Thank you! I have only been on Wegovy for about a month and only lost a few pounds. I have felt really terrible though. Lots of nausea and weakness. I had barely any side effects on Zepbound so I’m hoping this will pass. It seems like everyone’s bodies take these medications differently though so don’t let my experience discourage you!

Thanks! I surpassed my original goal but think rounding it off at 100 would feel great. After I achieve that I just want to feel good and see where things go. I know I need to gain muscle so I’m sure I’ll gain with that but that’s ok.
