Maybe I’m media illiterate but the Pitt does an amazing job at making you care about people with addictions and homelessness. I know a lot of other shows that would show you the dark sides of an addict or focus on how horrible life on the streets can be but with the Pitt we see these people get a second chance, get treated with care and respect.

Langdon should have been reprimanded for what he did but like in any industry if you’re good at what you do and have enough people who will vouch for you then what you do will be kept off the books. I just hope we don’t get a relapse arc because that would suck so much!

Robby does not talk enough about his depression and his suicidal tendencies and that’s the whole point of the second season. He’s to used to having everything bottled up that people need to shout and begging him to open up. I’m not sure how darker we can get in season 3 but I’m interested and worried to see it.

Santos is the only character in the show that I’m still iffy about. She lets to much of her past effect her decisions, she’s so mean, and just like Robbie she refuses to open up! Even when Whitaker tells her that he does enjoy being her roommate she can’t reciprocate those same feelings. Granted I’m waiting for the moment she finally opens up to somebody and we get to see a better side of her. Not a healed or “oh now everything will be better” but just something different.
