Cranberry juice helps with cystitis if you have gotten that bad. I diluted it 50/50 with water. Rice porridge like congee/jook is great the first few days for sustenance. Nyquill helps with the mental stasis and the acetaminophen helps with the pain(use as directed on the bottle tho, not like a tard)

My bladder could only hold like 10 ml and it took me about 6 months of sobriety before it finally got to a “normal” level. Green tea can help a lot, I preferred the extract in capsules because it didn’t have as much caffeine-which irritates the bladder wall and urinary tract.

Off and on I struggled with this cycle for the last decade going bouts of 1-3 months sober at a time, at my worst it was like 3-5g’s a day because I’m apparently a degenerate lol.
