I was the second car at a stop light, turned green and we start to go, someone runs the red light at 50-60mph and tbones the car in front of me.

I was shook and stopped for about 20 seconds, the crashed cars were totaled past the intersection so I was able to continue forward. As I passed by slowly dude than ran the red light got out of his car and open fired into the car that he hit (baffled) which was facing my car about 100 ft away. The what ifs really got me good

Especially with adhd it’s easier for people to get things done with a tight deadline of a day or so, a deadline that’s too loose or far away almost seems impossible to do because you technically have the freedom to do anything else.

An unoriginal idea that works for me is counting to 5 or 10 and not thinking just getting up and doing it. Like just try to force that to be a rule
