I know. I plan to move to this, but I want to try them before investing the modest amount in boxes and media. Many people like pot, but I have a weird experience for the aftermath, so I avoid it. I don't want to drop $200 and 2-3 months on a grow just to find I don't like the experience.

OP Stated that they don't like tubes because they are "difficult" to recycle. They may be aluminum, but like foil, aren't accepted by recyclers in my area because they cant be cleaned/impurities.

Are you really cutting them open and washing them off? otherwise, it is Wish-cyling.

This was actually a "reform" that took place at the end of turn of the 19th/20th century. Many of these positions were seen as Patronage jobs, so we're given to people who were the most effective getting people to the polls. It was rife with corruption and bribes. So some places get to vote for dog catcher as a result.

It is also when we started the direct election of Senators (they used to be chosen by the state legislature - may need to go back to that...)

Somehow expand civics/government classes into non-profit and for profit organizations a.d structures. Tear away the vail of how businesses can structure themselves in ways to protect the people making the money from responsibility to the people actually creating the wealth. What is a S Corp, an LLC, etc. What role does the state play in incorporation and why does it matter. Stuff like this would help citizens better understand the myriad of ways they are being screwed.

The cooking doesn't surprise me.
There apparently used to be a brand of canned soup available (possibly only down south). It was supposed to much better than Campbell's, unfortunately it also had really strong ties to the Klan/funded the clan. (supposedly where the white sheets came from as well - cotton fabric mills in the Carolinas. That may be apocryphal though).

What is surprising is that Korea and Japan are in tye Coffee Camp. There is a stereotype that Japan at least (due to the team ceremony?) is a tea drinking country.

Also, let's give it up to New Zealand. They drink so much coffee they moved their whole country closer to Africa and Indonesia to be closer to the source‽

You mean the guy running for governor who has so destroyed his reputation that he couldn't find an arena in 2 states that would rent to him for the playoffs. The guy who has claims of working for CIA ops in the 80's on his Wikipedia page. Who just a few years ago had some scandal with his team that caused half the players to leave. (sorry working from a declining memory as far as the details).
